Lowther Builders transformed this Heritage listed home by adding a large Extension to the Rear and totally refurbishing the Existing Home whilst maintaining the original Façade.
The Home now spans three levels and incorporates full CBUS Automation, Solar Electricity, a Greywater Treatment Plant, several Underground Water Tanks, a rear Basement Carpark and a fully-automated In-Ground Swimming Pool.
Lowther Builders worked in conjunction with Allan Powell Architects and MBA Design to construct this unique Home.
