What we really liked was when Lowther Builders saw a better way to build some aspect of the house - they would work with us and our architect to get the possible result and this often saved time and money. They were very focussed on building the house we wanted so when we asked for a change during the building, as we realised there was something we wanted to change or add, it was never a problem at all, they were only to happy to help.
